Returns

At Big Sheetz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page within 14 business days of receiving your order so we can work together to find a solution.

 

If you need to make a claim for damaged or defective items, we kindly ask that you provide us with photos of the damage so we can assess the situation and find the best solution for you. In some cases, we may request that you return the item to us for further inspection. We will provide you with instructions for how to do so if necessary.

 

Please note that while we do accept returns, we cannot provide free return shipping at this time. When returning your item, please ensure it's in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (minus any shipping charges) to your original payment method.
